Nokia N96 now has a Music Edition. Well, that will only be available for the people in UK, but let’s hope it will soon be distributed worldwide. Nokia has already come up with lots of “music edition” phones, and this one is their latest addition.
The Nokia N96 Music Edition will let you access a collection of over two million songs for one year, without paying any amount. The phone is equipped with a 16GB internal memory which could possibly store all your favorite songs. Other of the phone’s features include a 5-megapixel camera in Carl Zeiss optics and with autofocus, flash, video capture and secondary camera for video calls, built-in GPS receiver, music and video playback, stereo FM radio with RDS, 3.5mm audio jack, TV out and DVB-H TV broadcast receiver for a full entertainment in one device.
This GSM phone also supports 3G/HSDPA/GPRS/EDGE and has Wi-Fi connectivity. With dimensions of about 103 x 55 x 18mm, this dual-slider handset has 2.8-inch screen that displays 240 x 320 pixel resolution of 26M colors. This phone is indeed a smartphone and more so with its latest Music Edition. The Nokia N96 Music Edition is said to be available in January 2009 with a price of about $800 or 540 GBP.
